Manage Verification Options tab of Manage Your One Healthcare ID
You can update information in your profile on the Manage your One Healthcare ID page. The page has three tabs:
- Update Profile
- Sign In Information
- Manage Verification Options
You can update your email address(es), mobile phone number, and security questions, which you can later use to help you recover your One Healthcare ID or reset your password. Email addresses and mobile phone numbers must be verified to use them for the account recovery process.
How to manage your verification options

Tip: If the email address is already associated with a One Healthcare ID, a Shared Email Address message appears. Some applications may require a unique email address, which is one that only you use. |

To add or update your security questions:
Select the Add or change security questions link on the Manage Verification Options subtab of the Manage Your One Healthcare ID page. Select a question from the Security question 1, Security question 2, or Security question 3 drop-down lists. Tip: You do not have to change your security question to update the answer. If you have changed or added a secondary email address or a mobile phone number, you are given the opportunity to confirm the change:
