Verification Link

If you have requested a verification code by email and have not received the email, you can ask One Healthcare ID to resend it. You request this code when you are using self-service to:

  • Reset your password
  • Unlock your account
  • Set up your security questions

Note: Please wait a few minutes before requesting a new link to give your email service time to deliver the email.

How to ask One Healthcare ID to resend the link

Check your email for the link.

You may see a Chat with support link. You can use this link to chat in real time with a member of the support team.

Enter your identifying information:

  • Type your First Name.
  • Type your Last Name.
  • Type your Email address.

If you know your One Healthcare ID:

  • Select Yes.
  • Enter your One Healthcare ID.

Select a Help Topic from the drop-down list.

Enter a description of your issue.

Select Start Chatting. A chat window opens and a member of the support team will join the chat shortly.
