How to manage your profile
You can update information in your profile on the Manage your One Healthcare ID page. The page has three tabs:
- Update Profile
- Sign In Information
- Manage Verification Options
One Healthcare ID authenticates you as a user of one or more applications. Your One Healthcare ID is unique and belongs to you.
How to update your profile

For each notification option, select the check box(es) for your preferred notification method. Note: Only verified notification methods can be used. |

Select Save. |
How to change your password

Type your Current password. Tip: To display the characters you type, click the icon. Click the icon to mask the characters with asterisks. |

Type your password again in the Type password again field. |

Tip: If the email address is already associated with a One Healthcare ID, a Shared Email Address message appears. Some applications may require a unique email address, which is one that only you use. |

To add another email address to your profile or to update one, enter the Secondary email address. Tip: You must verify the email address before you can use it to access One Healthcare ID's self-service features. |

To add a phone number to your profile or to update one:

To change your phone communication method, select one of the following:

To add or update your security questions:
Select the Add or change security questions link on the Manage Verification Options subtab of the Manage Your One Healthcare ID page. Select a question from the Security question 1, Security question 2, or Security question 3 drop-down lists. Tip: You do not have to change your security question to update the answer. Type your answer in the answer field below the question. Repeat for each question. Note: You must answer all three questions. Tip: To display the characters you type, click the icon. Click the icon to mask the characters with asterisks. |

If you have not already saved your changes, select Save. |

If you have changed or added a secondary email address or a mobile phone number, you are given the opportunity to confirm the change:
Note: Select Not now on the Manage Your One Healthcare ID page to confirm the change at another time. |
How to change your ID

Select the Sign In Information tab. |

Select Change One Healthcare ID. |

Type an ID in the New One Healthcare ID field. Tip: The requirements for valid IDs are listed on the screen. Checkmarks appear as you fulfill each requirement. |

Select Save. Note: Once changed, you must wait at least an hour before you can change your One Healthcare ID again. |
