Sign In to Manage Your One Healthcare ID
If you select Manage your One Healthcare ID on the Sign In page, you can sign in to view or edit your One Healthcare ID profile. One Healthcare ID authenticates you as a user of one or more applications.

Select Email Address or One Healthcare ID from the Sign in with drop-down list. Tip: One Healthcare ID will remember your choice the next time you sign in from this device. |

Type your One Healthcare ID in the One Healthcare ID field. Note: If you have a shared email address, you must use your One Healthcare ID to sign in. |

Type your Password. Tip: To display the characters you type, click the icon. Click the icon to mask the characters with asterisks. |

Select the Remember me check box to have One Healthcare ID automatically enter your One Healthcare ID or registered email address on this device. |

Select Manage My One Healthcare ID. Note: If you have recently been granted access to additional services, or if a service has been upgraded, you may be asked to provide additional information. |

If this is the first time you have signed in from this device, you may be asked to answer a security question.

Step up Screen If a service has been upgraded and made phone number mandatory.
Tip: If you do not receive the code, Select Resend text. If you do not receive the call with code, Select Shall we call you again. |
What can I manage in my One Healthcare ID profile?
Name–You can update or change your name. See Manage Your One Healthcare ID.
Password–You can change your password. See Sign In Information tab of Manage Your One Healthcare ID.
Verification options–You can update your email address(es), mobile phone number, and security questions, which you can later use to help you recover your One Healthcare ID or reset your password. See Manage Verification Options tab of Manage Your One Healthcare ID.
